Charleston Performance Fishing wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased. We offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered from our website – cpfgear.com. For exchanges, please place a new order and return the item(s) for a full refund.
- SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
- SALE ITEMS are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.
- All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
- Return time-frame starts from original purchase date.
- Charleston Performance Fishing is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
- Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
- Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
- All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking unless the product is being exchanged.
